What you can expect from Structured Water

Structured water, organised water, liquid crystal

I was introduced by a friend to Structured Water technology at a café some months ago. “You’ve got to try this!” she said handing me a strange funnel looking device. On her instruction I had an ‘untreated’ glass of water on the table, and another which I poured through the Portable Structured Water ‘Portable Unit’ – I remember wondering what this could possibly do that would make a difference as it only takes a few seconds run through it and there is no delay like when filtering water – its flows in and out.

When I first tasted the water I could definitely tell the difference – I was somewhat confused as the water seemed very different to the water in the untreated glass. The water was ‘wetter’ and easier to drink and my body craved it – I wasn’t particularly thirsty but after drinking a little structured water I suddenly needed more. I have later found out this is your body reacting to energised and memory free water. Then, after a few glasses, I started to feel very calm, a calmness that I hadn’t felt for some time. I’m not clear on exactly what was taking place but it felt really good.

The 4th state of water

Upon further research I discovered that Structured Water is being touted as the 4th state of water. It is described as an ‘atomically altered state’ where the water molecules crystalise (hence liquid crystal) into honeycomb hexagonal patterns. Dr. Gerald Pollack, a University of Washington professor, calls it EZ (Exclusion Zone) water and has discovered that EZ water pushes out or ‘excludes’ all the impurities (particles and solutes). This discovery is generating quite a bit of interest as the implications are enormous. Not only does it change the way that water can be filtered and purified but it opens up Pandora’s box in regards to the many uses of water and more effectively using it.

The diagram below shows how water looks when structured and energised. The pollutants are unable to bond with hexagonal bonded water molecules and are held within the hexagonal structure – this inhibits toxin accumulation when ingested opposed to the unstructured water where pollutants can move freely in the body and can cause cellular problems. The structured water is then able to transport the pollutants through the body.

Masaru Emoto is considered a great pioneer in his discovery that human consciousness can effect the molecular structure of water. By directing certain thoughts and emotions at water Emoto would then freeze the water and the results were observed under a microscope. Water that was negatively imprinted had no discernible patterns whilst positively imprinted samples produced spectacular hexagonal snow flake designs. Emoto has written a number of books on his discoveries and describes in great detail how one is able to tap into the true power of water from healing the planet to healing oneself. I have since discovered that Clayton Nolte spent some time with Emoto and discussed their own investigations on this subject, this before Emoto became widely known for his work.

Inventor Clayton Nolte suggests that Structured Water is the natural state of water the way nature intended it to be. When water is municipally recycled and forced under pressure through straight pipes it loses structure and also attains a ‘memory’. ‘Unstructured water or ‘dead water’ as they describe it ‘takes away from life’ and is unable to protect life’ he says. Although municipal water may appear clean, it holds memory, information and ‘trauma’ from pharmaceutical, chemical and other contaminates that imprint the water and these memories negatively effect you when ingested. As your make up is at least 70% water, structured water is more harmonious to your body opposed to unstructured water. Nature has a number of methods to naturally structure water as described below.

Water becomes structured and energised as it flows down a creek, vortexing and tumbling around rocks and objects.

Some ways nature builds Structured Water

Sunlight – Ultraviolet and infrared wavelengths create and build structured water.

Spring Water – water welling up from deep under ground appears as structured water. It is proposed that the reason for this is the crystalised nature of the rock structures that water passes through underground reprograms the water and restructures it.

Glaciers – When water passes through the 4ºC zone (when water is at its highest density) during the freezing and thawing process water is structured and its memory erased.

Vortexing – Clayton Nolte suggests that vortexing energises water and will also erase the memory. This process occurs naturally in streams and rivers as the water tumbles, twists and turns and flows around rocks and pebbles.

What can you expect?

We have personally found that structured water feels more alive, energising, wetter and is easier to drink but here is what the Natural Action Technologies and other websites are saying:

  • Fresh tasting invigorating water
  • Low surface tension, less than 46 dynes per cubic centimeter
  • Wonderful showers & baths – no chlorine smell
  • Hydrates skin, no more dry itchy skin
  • Hair & skin rinses cleaner and feels better when washed
  • Less soap necessary when washing
  • Lessens the effects from sunburns
  • Healthier plant growth – green lawns – lower freezing point
  • Reduces chlorine requirements for spas & swimming pools
  • Reduces pipe corrosion

If you have used structured water and have something to share we would love to hear your story.
